Wisconsin being the cheese capital of the United States, it stood to reason that they'd have the best fondue restaurants in the nation. During an extended visit in Oshkosh, I was proven blissfully correct. At one point I went exploring to see what else was available. So I took US41 south where, to my dismay, I noticed fewer and fewer such eateries until at one point I began to experience Fond du Lac.
